Thanks for the reaction... As a disabled musician of 56 plus years... I get so emotional watching Band-Maid and it feels like I have been on their journey to success for 9 1/2 years. I can relate to how Sai-Chan was feeling at that moment in time. She had just finally realized that she was living her dreams.. I will always love and support Band-Maid... I was there that night. The whole show was a celebration of what they had accomplished so far. This song was my final wish come true that night (I wanted them to end the show with this song). Once the lights came up and the announcements were done, I must have sat there for about 5 minutes getting my thoughts and emotions in check before I was able to walk out of there. All the while inside my head I was still singing wowowowo wowo wowowo. What a magical way to end a magical night. Thanks Wave!

It actually just was a lucky coincidence that I was in Tokyo at the time, because I booked the trip before they announced the show, but boy am I glad that I went. Still have two of the silver stripes they released at the end, they'll be a fine addition to the Blu-Ray when it's out 😁. As a metal head for over 40 years now, this was one of the best concerts I have ever seen, and the competition is pretty strong.

生き甲斐 (ikigai) and 生きる (ikiru) share the same root, which is why the sound familiar. 生きる is the verb for 'to live.'

Ever since the live stream I've been waiting for them to release this. Such an emotional way to end the performance. BTW they announced after this premier that Band=Maid has invited The Warning to perform with them in Japan on June 12. Gonna be an epic show for sure.

Before the release of the video, there was an acoustic live performance in Shibuya today. It was a wonderful performance of 14 songs. I was moved to tears again, just like when I was in Yokohama.

It was a great concert (I watched it online). "Endless Story" is a very emotional closing song. Akane was crying, trying to keep her composure while not missing a beat.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。I was there in Yokohama with tears of joy. You have good ears. Saiki did not sing "iki gai" but "ikiru (to live) riyuu (reason)", the similar meaning. (In the lyrics there is another part singing "ikiru akashi (proof of living)". A little bit tangential comment. I have just come home form Band-Maid's acoustic O-kyu-ji held in Shibuya this evening. All of 14 songs performed there were amazing. The last song, however, "Daydreaming" was especially breathtaking for me. In addition to the beautiful singing, kudos to FIVE instrumental players ! (Saiki on piano 😍)

I was there! I’ve seen an a ton of great shows in my life but this one was special! Favorite show so far! I got amazing seats! I was in the 9th row on Kanami’s side. By the end of this song I started to lose my voice. I don’t remember I time where I sang so much at a show. It was a perfect end of my trip!

Anthem it is, Po! Was there and 😭 every time, Po! They are always serving the World fan base, premiered an hour after their Acoustic show (14 song) finished at Line Cube Shibuya, Po! 🦍🍌 Miku is/was the unsung hero at this show, clearly hearing her in the left channel. You got to isolate her more often, and do a reaction to it, Po! I think they are saying "ikiru yuri," rather than ikigai (sense of purpose). Btw, when you let the band make a lot of the decisions, you get this show. Kuddos to their mgmt, Po!

The genius of Kanami is at work again ! Nostalgia and emotion are her hallmarks. Therefore it should come as no surprise that Auld Lang Syne (also in the key of E) fits nicely into the structure of this song. It's a bit creepy how the the chorus part matches up. No sh*t. 🤔🇯🇵

It was a last minute booking..but I was there!....Flying out from the UK via Finland and the North Pole..Because of the war in the Ukraine, the route is longer and has to go via the North Pole..And because you fly over the North Pole I was given a certifcate from the airline saying I flew over the North Pole!..I was in Japan for 2 weeks. And while there..apart from seeing the ladies at Yokohama. I also visited many of the real life locations for "Bocchi The Rock"..Including sitting on the same swing Hitori is sitting on when Nijika first finds her in Ep.1...The park the swing is in is just a short walk from the temple used in the MAID's "Real Exsitence" MV....which I also visited.
