Another great video, Paul, the good old 3cx, came to the rescue again.i can't believe the cheek of some people bloody do gooders ringing the police and wasting their time and trying to stop the job some people have nothing better to do than interrupt good working people trying to make a honest living I had it last year on my land one person reported me to the environment agency because I put a bund of soil all the way down the side of the river bank to stop flooding on my land but they made me remove the bund theirs some spite full people out there with nothing else better to do.anyway Paul your doing a great job keep up the excellent work pal 😊👌👍

Hi Benny - I know, people will say and somethimes do anything to stop progress or as in this video trying to stop somebody from tidying up a small peice of land that they own. Too many people seem to put far too much time and effort into causing trouble and wasting police time. I cant beleive the trouble you had with the EA, no wonder our once great country is the way it is now, very sad 😞 Thanks for the comments and we hope that you and the family enjoy the holidays, see you in 2024! 👍👌

Thanks Robert, haha 😆 the breaker on the 803 I had to borrow and it didn't fit my quick hitch, so to get on with the job I had to quickly make something that would work, very sharp eyed ! 👍😜

At a guess I’d say you breaker on the 803 needs re gassing looking at the hoses pulsing …Nice work ..

Maybe .. It wasn't my breaker on the 803, i'd hired it in, but maybe it was getting ready for a re-gas?

When working with a hammer, the telescope should be pulled in.

It should be pulled in yes, but sometimes that extra inch or two helps. The breaker circuit on my machine has a separate padel, which lets me use the E-Stick if I want to. Some newer 3CX's and the first E series Cat 432 was separately contolled too.

That’s a Viti. Hammer on the old girl definitely made short work of the bed rock , was real pretty to watch 👍👍 . Just a question Paul you wouldn’t know what the transmission oil pressure should be ?. Got a suspicion my old girl is a bit low got a gauge on her and have done tests , trying to find out the pressure range , did find some one saying 160psi ? Any help be much appreciated Great vid as always keep posting guys 👍👍👍😁

Question how did you plumb in your hsmmer?

Hey! Return line from the breaker goes back directly to the tank using 1" hose. Left hand tank has the fitting next to the return from the filter. The feed ... I have a separate pedel (one port in, two ports out), so, the supply hose from the front loader valve block to the rear valve block, goes through the breaker pedel first, without pressing the breaker pedel the full oil flow and pressure will go to the main valve block as normal, when I press the breaker pedel the flow and pressure is diverted to feed the breaker through 3/4" hose. No other valves, buttons to press or change over. This has worked very well for my machine. The hoses on the backhoe arm have been routed as neat as possible and not in a way to get damaged, (not the way JCB routed the hoses on later 3CX's piped for breaker). The other way is more complex using the e-stick pedel, and some wiring, a relay more hoses. Hope this help! 👍

No problem at all, happy to help and its nice to see other people owning, using, enjoying and keeping older equipment alive. I looked at your videos, looks like a nice clean machine you have. I have found my locate JCB dealer to be very helpful in sourcing parts needed. The Perkins Phaser 1004-4T engine is very common and again an easy engine to live with, no DPF, no DEF or complex electrical systems.
