Very happy and excited at the age of 80 after learning the right use of right salt. It seems our population has the least knowledge of black salt and pink salt. This video must go viral. India is the largest populated nation in the world and illiteracy is on higher scale. Awareness should be on larger scale in present situations. Thanks for guidance, information.

Are there any peer-reviewed studies on this? Rock salt has 0.03grams of potassium per 100 grams. That's almost nothing.

There is no rock salt available in HAMALIYA. The rock / pink salt ptoduct of KHAIWRA in Pakistan. India import tha rock / pink salt from Pakistan. India selling pink salt after importing from Pakistan. Himaliya mountains don't have any kid of salt there.
