You know how many Rush concerts we had go to back in the 70s and 80s to learn The Professors works. Saw every tour since 2112. We didn’t have video showing us his what he was doing. Sure we could get most by ear but Neil did things with his style you had to see it up close. In those days we got front row behind the stage or lodge on the side to see him play. And we watched in amazement! We never took our eyes off of Neil like the other two weren’t there. No offense to the other two they are Legendary status on their own. But he knew we wanted more and when technology caught up he put it out there for the next generations to learn and love. I’ve been drumming 50 years and I want to thank you for carrying a torch so his art will live on. Well done and God bless you, Neil, Alex, Geddy and the millions of fans especially those that waited in the Forum parking lot or Long Beach arena or Irvine Meadows all night for the best seats possible. And even those that drove down to SD to watch both shows and then 4 more in L.A. We’d do it all again so we could go home and play for hours with our band mates. Pass on what you have learned. Cheers!

As a drummer who spent hours jamming in various bands in 1979 to 1983 there wasn't many drummers about at the time so Rush albums like Moving pictures were an inspiration. It's great to hear 21st century drummers playing Ian Peart drums. I saw Rush play at Queens Hall in Leeds along time ago in the ancient mists of time and they were brilliant live, energetic and full of passion.
