When the 'Sub' was launched in 2020, I did not feel it was my thing. But I was also missing two years of experience. In my last video I rediscovered the Mother-32 when I added a Warps and joined it with the 0-Coast.
I usually hear Subharmonicon making 'organ' sounds and simple (but intricate) polyrhythms. It's a great design, but it just did not suit my experimental cinematic/westcoast style. Then I realized that in modular, it's not the module that makes the sound, it's the sum of all modules involved. Just looking at the patchpanel triggered my curiousity so I decided to get a 'Sub' instead of a Mavis. Just fooling around with it for a day, but the results are amazing. To be continued!
