Yesterday my little sister was playing roblox without touching the mouse, except when she needs to click something. She used the left and right arrow keys to turn at 1/2mph and moved forward and backward using up and down. She tried to swim up a waterfall but couldnt change the mouse angle to climb up it and i showed her how with wasd and told her to use that and she just yelled at me and spent the next 5 minutes climbing up the rocks around the waterfall. Yet when she plays minecraft on xbox she always turns.

I remember how excited we were about halo: reach coming out when we saw the first bit of game play from the multi-player beta. Great series all together!

For the second scarab that you fight on the the ark, you could have just stuck your friend with a sticky and had them run into the target area to blow it up. I imagine that would have saved you a lot of time and headaches lol.

4:30 happened to me in a regular game-it was because there was one single jet pack brute on top of the roof of the little room you can get to, not moving (so not activating the motion sensor), and you have to kill all of them to move the plot forward.

When you were facing the wrong direction when trying to take out the scarab battery, you could have stuck someone with a grenade and then have them back up to it to damage it.

The random brute on crow's nest is a bug with MCC. For some reason one of the jump pack brutes just doesn't move and stays on top of the control room where you find the active camo equipment, which is where they spawn. This happens like 99% of the time for me. I usually grab the camo anyway so I don't mind it too much since it's on the way for me. I'm sure someone else has explained this in the comments already, but if not... here ya go.

That brute that got "stuck" is a brute that ALWAYS spawns on top of that room with the cloaking modules, extra guns and other things. He's sort of used as a means to lure you to that place so you can pick up the goodies in that room because people might just overlook them and need them later. And then once you've looted the room, the best way to rid of him quickly is to throw a sticky grenade at him, since he never seems to get triggered unless you directly shoot him, miss or use a wrong grenade or just try to make your presence well known.

The issue you ran into on crows nest with the soft lock, was a jetpack brute stuck on top of the active camo room, if you throw a grenade up there, they’ll get unstuck and jump down

It's not really full of bugs these days. Like almost every bug is a really minor thing at worst. This one just appeared recently in an update and it's pretty uncommon we actually get a bug that can himder progression.

I’ve ran into an issue on Crow’s Nest in that jetpack brute section where 2-3 of the brutes will for whatever reason keep their feet glued to the top of that overlooking secret room where the Cloaking equipment is. I’ve come to the conclusion that maybe that specific group of brutes spawns in last and if you take too long killing the other groups, they will spawn in and wait to engage but eventually will forget about you and just end up not engaging you until you find them.

I have had the same thing on crows nest with the jetpack brutes. There was one standing on the roof of the control room area at the top of the stairs. They didn't jump down until you shot them.If you go to the top of the stairs round the back you can see onto the roof just before you enter the room with the window over the helipad area.

I had that softlock on Crows nest last night playing through, it's possible to get the brutes stuck in all sorts of places. Mine was stuck on the roof of the little thing high above and the only reason i figured it out was arbiter shooting at it. I love watching these challenges

Something worth bearing in mind for attempts on the other titles is that auto-aim is disabled when using mouse+keyboard. This could be used strategically to turn the camera using enemies, then storing it by switching to mouse control until necessary.

The brute glitch happened to me many times while playing Crow's nest. My explanation for why he is there is either 1: He spawned in the wrong place, and since he is in a foreign area, he is just confused and stop's functioning, or 2: His scripts are messed up and so he doesn't move.

In halo 3 when you’re in the hornets, there is a place in the scarabs that if you shoot it will blow up the back and expose the battery, and you can shoot it while still in the hornet

On crows nest, a brute often doesn't leave the upper platform. It's very common but if you're aiming you tend to notice. I also think this means someone had to look up to notice the brute but I don't think that should count against them. 12:24 I would have stuck a grenade onto a teammate and have then run backwards into the core.

The area where the brutes didnt spawn happened to me as well. The little room at the top of that area had a brute which I killed on top of it. Spent about 10 minutes stuck only to find the brute alive all over on top of that room

I experience this bug on Crow's Nest when playing the campaign on legendary with my brother very recently. The brute is not even activated or trained on our characters. He was on top of the air control tower of the landing area where you go upstairs, and didn't make a sound. The only way I saw him was by making a bunny hop to see him.

On crows nest at 5:03 there’s a problem with the jet pack brutes, one always goes to the top of the ATC room thing where it looks out over the pad. He just sits there and doesn’t move. One brute spawns on top of the outlook that is at the top of the stairs. You need to grenade or gravity lift up to the roof. I only have this happen in the Master Chef collection.

The I guess you can say glitch with the Brute not showing up is still a thing 2 years later on Halo 3, MCC. I remember being on Crows Nest when I was replaying it a few months ago and when I got to that certain part of the mission with the jet pack Brutes, I killed what I thought were all of them yet the mission never progressed. I probably spent 30 minutes or less trying to find that last durn Brute. I looked everywhere, he wasn't showing up on the radar, didn't seem him anywhere. I even reset to last checkpoint but that didn't help either. I went up to the I guess radio room (The 1 way in and 1 way out room that's above the firefight zone) yet I went up there several times, but I went up there and something ever so blue, barely noticeable, caught my attention before I entered the building for God knows how many times and it was the dag gum Brute that I spent probably close to 30min looking for. He was on top of the radio building, just chilling in idle position until I shot and killed him. Yeah, all the time I spent looking for the joker while my mans was chilling in the shade, on top of the room, in a dark/shady spot. If I didn't notice the blue spot, I probably wouldn't have found him
