Because our politics have slowly evolved into nothing more than people cheering for their favorite political sportsball team. I have left leaning views when it comes to most social issues but I'm what a lot of people would call very far to the right when it comes to letting people into our wonderful country and my economic views lean to the right but just a little. People need to stop and ask themselves if they have actually formed their own political opinions based on how they were raised, lived experiences, and the country they want their children to inherit or are they siding completely with the blue or completely with the red team because they haven't given any of this enough thought and just want their team to win?
