Hey Brock, it's heartwarming that you take the time to spend with your grandson. I have three and I still cherish the time that I've spent with my children and grandchildren. I've always said that if you teach your kids how to hunt and fish you'll never have to worry about where they're at or who they're with. God bless you and your family.

Great video Brock! Little man need a show too! Awesome you take the time to help him! These are things he will remember the rest of his life!

Very cool Brock! And thanks for including the time with your grandson fishing. Some of my oldest memories of both my grandfathers was going fishing with them. Nothing cam replace that kind of quality time for sure. The horse feed I get are 50# bags, so I'm right there with you on getting wore out. You'd think as many as I toss around they would start to get lighter... bus alas. They most certainly do not. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the podcast!

A bad day of fishing is still better than a good day at work - and when you add in a grandson, it is automatically a good day of fishing! Fingers crossed that the bentonite clay works as advertised. Take care and God Bless.

Your next venture should be a worm farm operation. Start out small and your grandson will never have to worry about running out of worms from the store!
@patriotallen97172 жыл бұрын
My wife had a worm farm for the castings for fertilizers but the kids kept raiding it! No worries as they multiply way faster than the worms necessary to fish!

These past few days watching my crypto portfolio decline is very disheartening. Holding doesn't really profit much. Any ideas on how to earn better on the short run?
@Johnclayton282 жыл бұрын
Short term trading is much preferable considering the current market fluctuations.

I think if I ever do one it will have a floating dock rather than an island easy to build works at any water level
@theElderberryFarmer2 жыл бұрын
A floating dock is nice, and it is quicker to build than an island. But, you'd have trouble trying to put a windmill on it. I'm thinking, "Why choose? Go with both!" ;-)

You guys keep catching fish like that and you'll have people wanting to camp and fish there! I can see cabins, docks, and boat rentals in your future. You might even have room for a small landing strip! That's what happens when the enthusiasm of a boy becomes contagious. Oh, and the dam is looking really impressive! And as we all know, or will know, not all good deals are found on the internet.

I believe ide be rite their with you on moving those 29 bags lol. Fishing is fun. My daughter didn't like it when she wasn't catching anything but when she was getting the perch everytime she was telling us she was a way better fisher than me and her mom lol. Can't wait to take my boy fishing and start that fun all over again. Have a good one Brock.

We got a pallet full of 100 pound bags of bentonite for our pond, but we had our nephews unload and spread it. Didn't break a sweat or have sore muscles and back. LOL Seriously, we are hoping it works when the water rises up when the fall rains come in. If we still have leaks then the Dam It product is next on the list.

Your grandson better get his fishing in now, in about a month conditions will drastically change.

Hi, is there a follow up video to see if the Bentonite worked? I have a pond with the same issue and I'm looking for solutions. Thanks!
@RockhillfarmYT Жыл бұрын
I think it will work, but we were in an extreme drought and the water level is just now starting to come up. Unfortunately, I can’t give a definitive answer. I know for a fact this works to seal ponds if you put a bunch of it at the bottom. The part I can’t say for sure it’s what if you applied the way I did.
