Rockhounding Colorado River in Parachute (Using UvBeast at Night)

We are back out on the Colorado River located in Parachute (39.44183, -108.04806) to do some Rockhounding. It’s our first hunt of the new year 2024 and hope we find some cool stuff.
In the past hounding this location the main minerals found here consist of granites, feldspars, siltstone, basalt, mudstone, limestone, sandstone, Chert, flint, quartz, quartzite, and yellow jasper. Every once in a while I have found Unakite and Agate.

It is so hard being on this end of the camera! Because you are so right, I'm sending you messages with my mind and shouting and pointing but you aren't responding! Many of the silt stone or mud stone looks so freaking cool from my view point, but you aren't even looking at it. So is it not durable enough from there, to work with? I know the mudstone from Montana is hard enough, but not always pretty enough. I'm excited to watch you cut that big jasper up and that jaspagate. Are you going to make a pendant out of it? And that cool fossil looking rock is just too cool! The crystals it seems to be forming, are a new one to me. But that rock is so cool! The dark little caverns in it and the crystals growing everywhere and any which was! My first thought was calcite but really , I'm not sure! It's just way cool! And it too would make some awesome pendants! Thanks Kurt! Fun adventure and OMG the little doggies are so cute! ❤
