Rockhounding for Pigeon-Blood Agates and Corprolites in the Floy area southeast of Green River. This is a vast area with many places to explore. After rockhounding, I visited Crystal Geyser just south of Green River. I wasn't there long enough to watch it erupt, but it was still neat to see the orange travertine deposits left behind from years of eruptions! Afterwards, I went to Fossil Point, an area where you can see dinosaur bones in the wild, mostly encased in sandstone!
