Come along with us on this two part rockhounding adventure as the boys and I make a trip to one of the best agate beaches in the world......yes THE WORLD. I am not exaggerating when I say the Bay of Fundy is a world class agate hunting spot for quantiy, qulaity and variety of agates. Seam agates, plume agates, flame agate, sagnite agate, shadow agate, rainbow agate, jasper agate and so much more! And we find lots in this video!! Scots Bay Beach is still a great agate beach year round because of where it is positioned within the bay.

That would be incredible! There is a ferry that runs from Bar Harbor, Maine to NS. Its a 3.5 hr ferry ride.

I know the title of the video is a bit modest, however I am serious when I say that I think its one of the agate finding beaches in the world. The beach can never be picked over. The tide brings in new agates everyday!

We have the 2nd biggest bore tide in the world, cook inlet, AK. Bay of Fundy is #1

Great shot of the tidal bore. Amazing the power that small wave represents. BTW, my wife's madden name is Scott, so when visiting relatives in Kentville we make sure to visit Scotts Bay along with favorite dulse spots on that side of the Bay. Great video, thanks

I use a smaller 1lb tumbler for the small ones. Where them down more evenly. I check on them often to ensure they aren't getting too small. My 1lb tumbler barrel recently broke so I'm trying to fix it 😪

At a spec before four minutes you pick up a rock and to the upper left is a perfectly round green thing. Was it a bead? Nice color. Amazing finds...SO many pretty stones.

Thanks for the feedback! You know occasionally someone will tell me that they don't like the music, but more often than not people will say the music is one of their favorite parts of the video. I know I can;t meet everyone's expectation but I try to at least mix it up now and then so that everyone gets a bit of something they enjoy. Sorry you don;t like the music.
