I have watched many videos of this song. What makes the Rockin'1000 renditions so special is what is seen here: musicians just enjoying the moment. They are not working a gig, but are actually just enjoying living the moment, capturing what it is like to be on the floor, showing how it is like for others around them. It is very different from a professional band playing for thousands in a stadium, where the camera is just on one or two people. What's more, there are many younger musicians who are just happy to be there and not worried at all about making a mistake. This is a wonderful video and I like the glowing horns!

The first time I heard this song was in the middle of July 2007 on a mix disk a friend had given me. I was with my Golden Retriever Pookie Pooh, and we were headed out across the Black rock desert in Northern Nevada (the place where Buring Man is held) doing 100+ mph .What an amazing time, in an amazing place, with triple amazing music to listen to. Spent four days out there enjoying the total isolation. An 'A' ticket ride on the list of things that have defined my life. Pookie checked out 11 years later of systemic cancer.

Yes, they did get the royalties from this song after quite a few years…Mick Jagger and Keith Richards met with Richard Ashcroft and they gave him everything that was due to him from this song…
