I am admiring the stocks. I used to make stocks for John Martz Luger Carbine maker and I French Polished two (2) of the stocks I made for him but I must say these polished stocks are the best. Many of the older stocks were oil varnished then polished but nowadays one cannot purchase the older varnishes as made from the 1800s. I would love to buy this old finish.
