*If you are having issues applying the Roll Base preset* , I am working on a fix! In the meantime, add the replicate effect to the bottom adjustment layer and change the count setting to 3. This is essentially all the roll base preset does. You can also keyframe some directional blur to make the effect smoother.

how does your video track not get scaled up to 300 when you use the roll/rotate transitions (transform effects) on the adjustment layer? Feels like there is something missing :/ also the Roll Base doesnt work on the latest version of Premiere Pro.

Yeah its an issue with the new premiere pro version im not sure what causes it. to fix it you can just add the replicate effect to the bottom adjustment layer and change the replicate's count setting to 3 and add some directional blur. this is essentially all the roll base preset does
