Thanks Ronda, Yes having multiple options for emergency power is the best bet. These solar generators have there place but gas powered generators are much cheaper and pack a lot of power. Theirs pros & cons to both.

Hey Steve, Do you own one of these. If so do you like the rockpals. I've been using it for several weeks. I've been surprised what it can handle. My wife and I used it to power a small air compressor to top off air in her tire. I figured it would definitely be useful to keep in my vehicle or hers lol 😆

@@GreyManPrepping NO do not own one. But..small tire air compressor, being able to charge flashlights, cellphones,a small comfort fan. It's perfect. I have a few friends that love this size for camping/ hunting.We have( 2) 5000 watt,and a 1000 watt gas generators . We have been looking into a 5k watt solar generator ourselves

Yeah I tried to move it around but between the sun and flickering from my camera was disappointing. Someone mentioned it has to do with the hertz your camera is recording at, I'm learning as I go lol. Thank you for watching Marilyn.

I have had this for a year. Highly recommend, durable, rugged. I have dropped it once or twice no damage. The only problem is that the 12v dc port isn't regulated and the unit does not support pass through charging. I'm looking to buy the 500W version when it goes on sale. Not In a hurry for now because I already have 6 powerstations.

Great for the car is right! I have a garage, so it will be safe their. But I must admit, I do remove it when I go shopping for groceries. I live one mile away, so I can walk home. In my area Cadillac converters are being stolen from cars all over the place! I get a local police report monthly….Omg…..don’t know what that’s used for but their were 12 arrests for that! Car in garage and locked!

Im saving up money to buy a solar generator .. i live in texas so i think a great generator ( not necessarily this one ) is a must in summer months because God knows how hot and humid it gets .

My mother-in-law has a cpap machine, don't know if it can run off of USB cable or not. Passive charging is a must.

In the literature it states CPAP capable. I was looking up CPAP's and most are A/C but they make travel batteries for them. Only found one that had an optional Quick charge USB connection. I Definitely need to do more research.

Im pretty sure most cpaps run with 12 volts. Look at you ac adapter to see what its output is. I spliced a 5.5 jack to an old cord to avoid ac conversion so as not to waste power.

I need this just for tablets and cell phones for the car. My husband always complains about not wanting to run the electric throw off his lighter in his car because it always pops the fuse. He does work that he has to be in his car many hours sitting outside.

That's great to hear Mary, It's a floor AC unit on wheels. I keep it around incase the HVAC system goes down or we have a power outtage. I'll have to go look for the brand name, picked it up a few years ago at Ollie's discount store. 😁

Have you contacted the customer support number? I haven't experienced that issue with the unit I have. I had another unit 500w device that charged once and then never powered back on. They finally replaced it. It was an All Power unit.

Wow really, I have 2 of them. My daughter uses hers frequently without issues. Have you tried reaching them on the tech line? (877) 756 - 8666. It's usually the quickest way to resolve most issues. Hopefully that helps.
