Howdy Dennis. I like those lots, a lot. I like the concept. Be it ever so humble, there's no place like a home base! (Ala Rusty). Thanks for the tour amigo!

Hey buddy. Hope you're having a good evening. It was a nice little park and it seems like they are expanding. I guess that illuminates trying to find a spot if you're just coming down for a week or a month during a holiday or event. I wonder if you could sublet your spot when you're not there? I see they had a homeowners association. Thanks for checking out the video my friend.

Good morning my friend!!! Ohhhh I’ll take that cute lil yellow one!! I could live in that EASY!!! 🤩🤩🌻🌻 best of both worlds, such nice little blocks AND you have the option to travel when you want or set roots for abit if you want!! Very nice & neat park, but I think Norma isn’t gonna get many calls 😳 hot tub nice! Gotta have that!! They have everything!!! great little tour Dennis, have a ripper day, thanks always for your happy voice & positive vibes my friend, love your work 🙏❤️🌻

Good evening friend. It's nice to know that there are different options out there. Not sure how much the homeowners association fees would be but it is in a very good location. Within 10 minutes of everything. A few of them book like the perfect getaways. Thanks for checking out the video

Good evening friend. I could see if you lived in a close place by San Antonio or Houston how it would be convenient to come down here for events and holiday weekends without worrying about finding a spot etc. It's a pretty neat con sept and perfect for people that wanna live here year round

Yes sir. I was just commenting on the current ones being constructed. No plumbing in the slabs that were poured. I was looking at their website and it's basically whatever you need within HOA approval.

I checked website on RV park. Call for pricing it said. My friends bought a RV site on east coast Fl . They paid 36 k and now lots selling for 85 k . They look similar with tiny homes next to Rigs . Almost like guest cottages . Neighbors are a bit too close together for me!!! Thanks for sharing Dennis!👍😁

Now that would be a great retirement option for me when the time comes. I like the idea of having a home base but being able to travel in an RV for lengths of time. Putting a building on a lot for me would be the space for my hobbies and stuff.

This reminds me of Ft. Clark Springs where that Rusty old guy lives! Except...there are no woody, snake infected, wild-hog habited trails, but lots of beautiful beaches to explore. I'll take Rockport any day thank you! Chuck D. 😎

Good morning Chuck. That's what I like about Texas. So many different views in different areas. I would like to head up to that area that Rusty is in. I've never been to that part of Texas. It looks very similar to me area that surrounds Rockport but with more hills. I do enjoy the beaches. Rusty certainly has given Me lots of great ideas to use for my Boondocking experiences and often gives my channel a shout out which brings new people my way. Hope you guys are safe and warm this morning. Bit of a chill here but nicer temperatures tomorrow

Good afternoon sir. All these RV parks I go to and I have absolutely no interest in owning an RV of any type. People seem to like them. I don't think I ever knew anyone that owned a trailer until I was about 30 years old. 😂

As pretty as it is, the artist's place has set their Live Oak trees up for decline and death. The roots should not be covered to that depth with impermeable materials like concrete and gravel. The soils should be left undisturbed 6-10 feet from the base of the trunk so the shallow-rooted Live Oaks can do air exchange and get water. Putting a soil layer against the bark will cause rot to the trunk.
