@@dennis78382 Nowadays yes! It's beyond my budget but it's a very fair price for all those amenities. Concrete streets cost the owners a fortune. Very nice place.

That's what I was thinking. Plus they have maintenance guys going around cleaning the place. Very nice park. I like the fact that it's gated at night too.

@@dennis78382 Park I'm looking at outside Decatur is for long term only. It's also gated which I like and out in the country. But just 5 minutes from town.

I triple dog dare you to call and ask them what kind of palm trees they have there. Nice park! Ask them about being a pool tester before you ask about the palm trees, just in case they hang up. Good evening Dennis!! Wow that rv park is huge, not too crammed together either, I like it a lot, especially since it is so well maintained. Of course I don't have a rv but if i did thst woukd be a great place to stay. Lots of amenities in the area too. That was nice for to go find it for us to see. Sorry I’m so late checking this video! The one model you mentioned “nice big windows”. That is a Park Model trailer, you probably don’t move them often,, but can still be moved! The other houses on wheels with the slightly pitched roof is a tiny house! They are certified to travel but again can be permanent! That is a beautiful “campground”. My guess is more than $400 a month!

I just found out one of my best friends from High School has an RV in this park. He lives in Weatherford, very near Boyd, Tx. but spends a lot of time down in Aransas Pass staying in his RV and fishing with his son. They use drones to take baits way out from the beach. I will send you a picture of a catch from a couple of days ago. I sent him a link to your channel and told him to be on the lookout for you. He is going back down to AP is a couple of weeks. His name is Brack.
