I just finished binging Old Scout and wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed it! I found the channel while searching for semaphore videos to teach real Boy Scouts the Signs, Signals, and Codes merit badge. Your field guide was the best I found at showing both the front and back view! (Also, if you want to practice more, I highly recommend playing semaphore battleship). The Girl Scouts in my hometown were lame and I was always jealous of my friends in Boy Scouts. Then I met my husband who is an Eagle Scout and still an active adult leader. I ended up becoming an Assistant Scoutmaster too and started off with teaching myself the scouting skills I never learned as a kid- just not as intensely as Old Scout! I loved everything about Old Scout- the scout spirit, commitment, production value, just everything!

Christian I miss Julie I have been watching your videos and wanted to thank you for the memories I was also a boy scout I also quit and and I traded my stuff off to get other collectibles I regret it now because my grandfather who raised me and my grandmother got me into boy scouts I was curious and I seen your videos and wondering where you your wonderful artifacts and other memorabilia for scouting I have been looking I don't do online shopping I go to antique stores and people want to basically gouge you to death for this stuff and I'm buying memories to try to get back the things that I traded off if you can drop me a line I will gladly appreciate it my name is Eddie Burton my troop it is 227 in Lexington North Carolina that's where I live help for falling fellow boy scouter have a blessed day God bless you and your family hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Merry Christmas and a blessed new year thank you Eddie
