Pulled 2017 lyrik 160 off pinkbike for 250. New seals and oil. Rollin without a colon.

Torque wrench needs to be used, expensive mistake if you strip or damage threads.

Looks like he is using Rock Shox 0w-30, but I have a Lyric 2018 and the manual recommends to use Maxima Plush for this procedure.

You work too brutal. Don't need to tap the screws so many times. You should unscrew them about 5 turns, then you just tap them until they are attached to the lower legs assembly
