Was wondering why he wasn't using a plasma cutter to cut in the tight areas where a cutoff wheel seems a bit bulky ? also using a hole saw on the cutout for the bolt access would be much neater and would reduce the chance of cracks developing in the edges as opposed to 90 degree cuts.

We almost never use a plasma cutter on a vehicle as it usually makes a mess. Getting a hole saw in those areas that are not flat is not really the easiest thing most of the time

Saved some weight doing it that way on the anti-roll bar as well like the way it is done. specking of weight ,I would be curious on how much the car gains with all the upgrades.

It shouldn't really gain anything. The rear end housing should be a little bit lighter than the old cast version in the anti-roll bar is not going to be any heavier than the stock style one that he had on there. Wishbone versus panhard bar is about a wash as well. Lost 8 lb in the torque arm across member over what was on there.

Great work Steven. I really like the forward lower C-arm mounts. Theres nothing worse than when you are on your steepest bar angle adjustment and your instant center is just shy of the eighth mile marker from the beams. Good stuff man.

You should put some tabs on those tubes that he uses for the Pro Jack's so when he jacks the car up he can make sure that the jacks stay in place and he sure go ahead and put a set of sheet metal or sheet aluminum mini tubs for the rear wheels to cut a little bit more weight out of the car and it will look better as well and it will go with all the other sheet metal he has going on back there and he should do away with the A-arm front end and go with a long travel shock and doing and put a spindle mount strut along with the Strange rack and pinion steering stiletto rack and question why is he still running a torque arm and stock style front end is that per class rules or no?

Some Merrilat billet 4link brackets would go great with that Hammer Concepts and Design 9in that you have in your car if you don't have 4link brackets yet I can't remember if you do or not and they also make a great looking fab9

Steven what sfc's are on Grubbworm do you guys make those, I'm also interested in the minitub kit, parachute mounting that you have on the car and the front LCA adjustable mounts and your tubular front frame rail kit? I have a 94 Z28 that I'll be turboing with a A2A fmic and I want to keep the headlights etc?
