Pakistani food is very delicious and has huge variety. love their kebabs, karahis and biriyani. i was once invited for a dinner by a Pakistani friend loved it. best wishes from Sweden.

Good upload, I have to be honest I rarely hear about Pakistan restaurants and food. Glad there is this one, Lamb shary and Kabobs looks delicious. I hope to see more uploads from some countries like Arabic nations. They seem to have unique food.

It's called malai. It's very light on spice. And give taste like cheese with kebab. It has yoghurt and double cream in the recipe. Salt. Red chillie powder. Garlic ginger paste. Coriander powder. That's the main recipe you can add or remove dofferent spice for little different taste. But it's very very tasty

FYI, "Chicken Malai Boti" literally translates to "chicken chunk [cooked in] cream". "Malai" is cream that comes from boiling and then cooling fresh cow/buffalo milk. If you heat up this cream to a slow boil by itself, it eventually separates into a light brown residue called "khoya" (which is used in a lot of Subcontinental deserts) and a clear liquid called "ghee" which is used as a cooking oil to add a very wholesome, buttery flavour to any dish.

Hey just for the suggestion the lamb shank is supposed to be consumed along with the naan (flat bread) once you consume it like that you'll understand the difference and also Malai means cream in Urdu language, so the chicken Malai boti is marinated in fresh cream, salt and black pepper usually but few people use grinded green chillies as well. Also I recommend Nihari and Haleem.

Indian food are mostly veggies because eating meat is not in their culture and most of them can't eat beef because of their religion. And pakistani foods are both meat and veggies . Hope you like all pakistani foods and where are you from ?

well i have been to a few countries for some reason their so called Pakistani does looks and named like Pakistani food but they ain't even come close to when it comes to taste other then one single place i found in dubai nothing actually tasted as good, maybe they might have tried adjusted to the local taste but then it wont really be Pakistani food and its not just Pakistani food, i took a few of my friends to a Pakistani restaurant they loved the food but to me that was hardly a 4/10 taste didnt even came close to what it actually is specially the kebabs, but indeed am sure food tastes best when its cooked in its place of origin since its cooked with perfectly adjusted spices. No hard feeling but reacting to our food should be when your in the right area, i hope since your a food lover you get a chance to taste some real Pakistani meal, dont believe me try asking Mark Weins or the food ranger they will tell what's the real thing tastes like
