My go-to cheap eats in Vegas has always been the restaurant in the Ellis Island casino. Can't be beat. Been going there for over 20 years.

Unfortunately they hired a new food and beverage manager who has jacked up the prices, but the portion sizes are still on point.

its one of my pops' favorite spots too.. The food is pretty mid though.. I'm happy spending more to get better quality ingredients.. my pops just concentrates on the price.. not necessarily the price he's going to pay later on at home on the throne lol

highly recommend Omlette House on Boulder Highway in Henderson.. They have good breakfast, good service, and low prices.. and they have a giant burger challenge as well lol.. took my pops 3 days to eat it

I recommend you check out Happy AYCE Hot Pot in Rosemead! Their hot pot is great but you have to try their AYCE morning dimsum! It’s between $16-$19 depending on when you go and they have so many options to eat. My boyfriend and I were full for the rest of the day. You can also do their ayce hotpot alongside their dimsum if you want to eat that much. 😅
