It’s a timeshare. There’s quite a few down there. Our friends stayed at one next to South Point.

Me and my wife are frequent vegas visitors, and understand the argument of kids in Vegas. But if you do bring your family, this is the PERFECT place to stay for families. Great pool, lazy river, rooms are spacious. Great option. BUT DON"T EVER BUY A TIMESHARE... LOL. (You can rent from owners cheaper than actual ownership, and then you aren't committed)

Hi rockstar, since you do a lot of videos, for all you can eat and buffets, can you recommend these type of restaurants on the south side of Las Vegas? Hoping to stay at this resort and want to try the all you can eat and buffets nearby. I already have the garden buffet at Southpoint on my list, but what other ones are nearby to the south end? I use love partying in Las Vegas. Now that I have kids I want my kids away from that type of lifestyle when I take them to Las Vegas. I'm definitely looking into this place on my next trip there

Vegas sucks, not worth vacationing in, let alone work in. Crime is up, cost of living is high. Lots of jobs with bs management problems behind them. Education is a complete nightmare. I work at this resort, and you don't want to know what management hides behind the scenes. Looks can really be deceiving.

Yeah I was in Vegas maybe five years ago before they built us and I and I went to a timeshare presentation on this place and it was high pressure but we did get a free buffet out of it so we sit through the whole thing never bought a timeshare though then we got some other stuff that we didn’t use but it was a very high pressure presentation honestly I wouldn’t stay there I’d rather stay on the strip but that’s just me
