That’s what gets me. Not that pleading guilty for charges isn’t uncommon in order to avoid court costs over a prolonged period of time. But the weight of this case makes me think that’s very unlikely. It’s one thing to plead guilty on say a speeding ticket or parking violation when for arguments sake that can be contested and dismissed given its a particular situation. This situation with a convicted offender just doesn’t ring those same bells to me. A restraining order clearly should have been in effect. Also, a lack of mitigating factors is equally as damning since it’s not like upon being hired Jimmy gave him a role that was behind a desk and away from children or participants in general. He was directly around other kids. All while having been conversed with directly and subsequently hired with Jimmy being the manager. The Mr Beast company needs a serious investigation, not merely an internal one to scrub evidence. The scrubbing probably indicates Jimmy and company know a legitimate investigation will happen at some point. Jake the Viking despite now being a former member from the Mr Beast company shouldn’t be absolved either. Having vouched for his step-brother he also ought to be questioned.
