Most of the time I had problem with this KFC store VIP Road Kolkata with my order either they do not serve the complete order or there is a quality issue esp. with the cooking medium or the bun quality but I kept on visited the store as every week as the location is convenient from the place. I went to pick up the order myself which I usually do but they insisted on home delivery on which I agreed. The store manager took my order and to my almost surprise he cheated me which I discovered once my order is delivered. Even the delivery person acknowledged the fact. First of all he should have told me that there is a delivery charge which he did not mention me. Secondly I ordered for two ( 5 in one zinger meal box plus ad on 4 pcs of chicken) price on ur screen displayed as Rs.165/- plus taxes for each box after receiving the delivery I found hash brown potato is missing and one veg strip was given which I dislike most. I was charged Rs.218/- per box plus taxes and in total it amounted to Rs.792/-.Later on I discovered the ( 5 in one zinger meal box) which was derived to me is of Rs.149/- plus taxes. Thirdly while ordering I esp. mentioned that I did not liked the zinger burger on my previous order and to ensure this time it should be of standard quality but once both the burger I received is without lettuce and with little bit mayonnaise in between which did not match KFC standard. I called the store No. and spoke with the manger and once again to my surprise he mentioned me price for ( 5 in one zinger meal box) has suddenly gone up and he is helpless. Requesting everyone to check the bill.
