Hi Sarah Just a suggestion, but could you put what bird species it is for the sake of your international subscribers. We would find this most helpful.

Thank you for the feedback, that is a really great suggestion and apologies for not picking up on this earlier. I read your comment and it's so obvious that I missed doing this in the past. I'll add the species list to my earlier videos in the description and definitely will add them within the video itself in the future. :)

@@Landielf Wow, really appreciate it. I live in Australia, so not too familiar with the northern hemisphere birds. Enjoy your videos immensely by the way. See you out there.

Great video Sarah, such stunning location! The clip with the cormorant sticking it´s entire head down the throat must have been the most bizarre clip I´ve seen in a while :p Well done!

Thanks Andy! Watching the cormorants feeding was definitely an eye raising moment. Had no idea they'd go so far into their throat, I've never seen anything like that before myself either.

Another really good video. I think the photo of the two cormorants drying their wings is my favourite. They're not pretty bird but they look quite statuesque when they pose together like that
@Landielf Жыл бұрын
I agree, very statuesque and when their feathers catch the light their plumage is quite beautiful.

This is a beautifully shot film. The highlights for me were the Cormorant feeding its young one and the underwater footage. Don't get clear water like that where I Live, lol. Also the photos were brilliant, great video.

Thank you! Watching the cormorants feeding was amazing, quite disconcerting seeing how far the young bird can get down their parents throat isn't it!
@wildlifespotteruk Жыл бұрын
@@Landielf It is quite disconcerting indeed. It looks like the young is reaching right into the stomach of the parent, lol.

Also would love the names of the birds as well.

Hi James, I definitely plan on including them in the videos going forward.
