It's in Netflix with subs. John Abraham is a great action actor, knows enough Silat ( Malasian/Indian Martial Art). He trained a lot for this role as Rocky Handsome. I like both, the Bollywood style and Korean cinema style are different, some people like one more than the other. "The Man From Nowhere" (the original) is fluid and smooth, Wu Bin is not only a great actor but also a legit Martial artist. In "Rocky Handsome" (the remake), John Abraham is a great action actor, fit and big but not a Martial artist, so the scenes have more cuts and choreography is gory to make up for the fact he's not as quick and natural in the moves as Wu Bin. In "The Man from Nowhere" it is a former Special Ops killing quickly and efficiently. "Rocky Handsome" feels like a Terminator fight: a big guy Silat fighting with sharp weapons.

As much I like this scene, it cannot be compared to same scene from MAN FROM NOWHERE, the original film, the Koreans are on another level.. Watch the same scenw in the original and it will blow ur mind..Bollywood conveniently chose a dark setting but the originals lighting amd the sets are one level above.. How a white hallway becomes blood red at the end of the fight plus the background score of the original just awesome!!

Its technically not a knife, but a kukri it can be used for hacking & clearing jungle path, chopping branches etc too. Used as a tool & a knife weapon. its still used in northern india & Nepal, british still employ ghorka regiment & they carry kukri, as do many Indian regiments. And a sharpened kukri will go through Bone with ease. And will even break a Japanese samurai sword, as japanese found out in Second world war In Burma.

It's a remake of a Korean film called The Man From Nowhere. You should react to the final fight scene from that, it's very similar but better IMO. Also, if you're in a fight scene mood, pretty much anything from The Raid (1 or 2), the "bone breaking scene" from The Protector, the hallway scene in Oldboy, Donnie Yen vs. 10 black belts... there's lot of ground to be covered here.
