Nahh, he got rushed to the hospital real bad because his liver can't handle his tuna diet, got his heart ruptured because of that overhead tricep extension with the rocks, he always felt dizzy on set because he only had 5% of body fat in him, plus being punched real hard by Dolph Lundgren. He said he never wanted the Rocky 3-4 physique back and never recommends to do his workout routine and diet at his prime. Big respect to Sly for enduring this. Never equate a good physique with a good health

John Doe he never used steroids, he only used HGH which is a growth hormone while steroids ENTIRELY replaces your hormonal growth, and he didn’t sue that until up his 50s and 60s and in his 30s - 40s he took strong amino acids plus his body type is mesomorph so he can burn fat very fast

The correct term is running, not the j word. However, yes it is a great song to run to, especially the last minute and a half of the song, especially when running up a big hill. Make training noises like Ivan Drago while running to the beat of this song, and then go "Drago!" like Rocky at the end. It's great motivation. It's a great song to push you until the end.

Entrenamiento funcional!!
