I’d like a 7’ medium definitely I used to 6’but now I feel so comfortable with the seven it’s all I want great video awesome!!

Good advice. I use a variety of lengths. I have 6’6” all the way through7’6” which is my punching rod and my longest. I seem to prefer a nice 7’ medium heavy but still have different lengths for different situations. Good info and video my friend
