Last night's Hootenanny was great -- really enjoyed it. Jools's Hootenannies are always good, but lst night's was really good; it had just the right mix of different artists and performances. As for Sir Rod, well, what can one say?!! A living legend and still going strong (though he did struggle with his voice last night a little bit). Great show!

Bloody awful BBC carehome crap! Typical BBC rubbish that still requires a licence fee from the British Public to let them get away with it, they even dulled down the amazing Raye to perform her music in a style that Holland and his plinky plonky Billy Cotton band could play along to! Absolute garbage! Expected the audience to be wearing slippers and rugs with mugs of Co Co for the final credits! Why for the life of me are we still having to pay for this institution stuck in the 20th century!

Great show as it always is but how come that almost every year,Jim Moir and his wife always seem to be at the front of the audience and Jools always stops to speak with them when there are so many other well known celebs watching the show.Maybe have a different audience next time.

Swing ain't my bag! rod of way back brilliant but seems he has to boast about something and really pisses me off? This time has to mention his horrible designer shoes asking joules Holland "are yours dolce and gabana" or some other shitty very expensive designer! Wouldnt mind but suit shoes were vile not rock n roll old lad! ffs rod get a grip we know you have big houses, flash cars, devinci paintings this that and the other and you never fail to mention your full size footy pitch! Rod was great in the past but he disgraced himself with his "killers" hysteria during the flu absence years. Just looked like a scared foolish old man. Old age is ahead of me perhaps, but I hope I never sink to that. I'll take what meds I need and let others decide for themselves.
