Ahh had the privilege of hearing this mad lad after a Wonderdust concert in London I caught with some of my chooms a few years ago, guy was singin songs from the set in the Parkin lot after the show, always thought he had some nice singin chops, never thought he’d hit it big with a follow up song! Just goes to show, you never know who’s gonna make it big, hope he’s doin okay now; still has the shirt 😂

I never managed to get to see him live in person, but I would sometimes catch clips on my mates' phones of the dude busking around the UK, he had some pretty big crowds in a McDonald's parking lot in Manchester from what I remember. Oh yeah! He holds on to his clothing better than he does his women!

When my boys and I were laying over in London after the show, yknow pub crawling and seein the sights and shit, we decided we were gonna take a bit of a tour around the greater area around the city, next time we spotted him he had a fuckin acoustic guitar and was usin the case to catch spare change outside a fuckin Burger King in Birmingham I think Wait, yeah it was Birmingham, one of my chooms is a big Sabbath fan so they wanted to take a walk around the city and take in the place where it all started for em, and we bumped into Roddy again, he was actually surprised to see us, we got to talkin with him and apparently he was busking for money to both pay for his travel around the country (and for food as we found out later) and he was hopin to get seen since…well Birmingham is like one of the NWOBHM meccas, both Sabbath and Motörhead came outta there if I remember my Metal 101 right But he was sayin he was hoping to head to Manchester next, was gonna catch a bus out there I think, still a really cool choom, we actually bought him a meal after he got done buskin and once we were done we delta’d, unfortunately had to head home a few days after that, but it was fun And yeah, noticed he was wearin a Hugh Ehhoule shirt when we met him in Birmingham, guy’s got good taste, hope he has similar taste in women too 🤣
