I love how you note Goran’s levity which is much needed on Elena’s team. Her 2025 season is looking much better now 💪

The grip adjustment on Coco's serve produced three benefits: 1) Naturally more spin. 2) Activates more long-axis rotation / pronation (vs. attempting to snap the wrist) 3) Naturally places the racquet into the ideal angle at contact. This, combined with improved posture into and through contact has improved her consistency.

Why couldn't BG have recognized this & did something about it? Was getting so tired of hearing about that winning ugly philosophy. That ran its course rather quickly.

@@ThatGirl551 BG is a tactician, not a technician. Coco needed technical coaching to solve her issues and re-establish her confidence. BG was out of his lane. It's that simple. Best, John

Goren was the first person I thought of to coach Rybakina . I really hope it’s a great combination-she’s so talented and seems so nice.

Do coaches get paid the same rate for a female player. Or standard of a percent of whatever she wins plus flat salary? So curious 🤔 👍

The season is wayyy too long, they have less than two months off to get ready for AO, it’s crazy lol idk how they do it
