Watching Will completely enamored with Bowen and Matt the first few minutes is so heartwarming. He’s giving the safe inclusive dad we all dream of having.

Matt - that fear you're describing is how women feel too. It's not unreasonable. Men can be threatening especially in male-dominated environments.

After I watched the podcast, I saw the doc "Will & Harper" on Netflix the next day. Matt and Bowen are right. It's educational, heroic and inspiring. "The heavy moments really land." Moreover, I loved the soundtrack and Kristen Wiig's song. As a cisgender, straight female and a medical professional, I feel the doc - I hope - has made me more sensitive to transgender patients in the future. BTW, I love Harper's glasses!

Harper turning fully around in her chair when Will starts his IDTSH killed me. I absolutely adore the documentary, made me laugh and cry sometimes at the same time. The sad thing is that everyone who really needs to see it are the ones vilifying her.

Yes, we are rude. For sure. 100% agree. But some American tourists can also be annying sometimes (the loudness, the entitlement, the lack of "bonjour") so there can be cultural "clashes" or misunderstandings. - And yes, no wine for pregnant women.

The problem with the Algerian boxer was, she was way too big. You have different weight categories in boxing. Light weight, feather weight. According to size. It has nothing to do with trans women. It was an unfair fight. I loved the documentary. It humbled me. I learnt a lot about being more tolerant. The most important part was the friendship of Will and Harper. ❤Kristen's song was such a beautiful surprise.
