I was still shocked the Jets did not use their first pic to take JJ McCarthy. What are they going to do when Rogers gets hurt again and is out for the season after the first or second game? They drafted a QB who is like three years away from being ready. Rogers is passed his prime. He’s fragile now. Once he takes a big hit he’s done. He can still play phenomenal, but he just can’t take the hits like he used to. That’s the problem. It was so dumb for the Jets not to take JJ or 1 of those young QB.

I take than back only one it worked for Miami in a perfect season. So, I guess it can work if the team is the best in the NFL. But that was then when the QB was the center point of the offense. man im foolishly about to buy into the jets again this year 😂 im sorry man but i just love me some aaron rodgers. even if he isn’t as mobile aaron rodgers has the best arm talent we’ve ever seen in NFL history. if he lose some of that he’s still a better thrower of the football than 90% of the guys in this league. it’s not as if he’s gonna turn into tim tebow overnight.

@@larrylindgren9484 Peyton never had the arm Aaron had. Again, Aaron Rodgers is the best arm talent we’ve ever seen from strictly throwing the ball. This would be the equivalent of Steph curry forgetting how to shoot 3s. Also Peyton never had some huge arm to begin with. A better comp would’ve probably been Drew Brees but he had suffered so many injuries late in his career, I mean the guy played with broken ribs and a collapsed lung late in his career, Drew’s body completely just gave out on him so even that comp wouldn’t be perfect.

I'm not a big 300-yard guy. You don't have to throw for a million yards to be a good QB. You have to make the plays the defense gives you. If you do you are a good QB. Throwing every down up by 20 padding your stats doesn't mean you are a good QB. 250 a game is 4200 yards a good season. You can win with that if you are throwing it to who is open and not turning it over.

Sala I think he’s a great coach and I’m a patriots fan saying that so I hope he does not get fired when Rogers gets hurt again. It’s not the coaches fault. You need a Good QB to have a good team no matter how good the coaches. Brady played long because he took care of himself like a complete psycho. Rogers does not do that. Lol.

I don’t see how Nick Wright thinks he has any room to stand when talking about Rodger’s mental ability to the game. What society are we living in when someone who has never achieved or even played a snap of competitive football can speak about one of the greatest to ever do it and if they can process the game in the head well enough 😊

You don't have to have played to know it. That's a tired comment. I've never put a loaded gun to my head and pulled the trigger. But I know you shouldn't do it. "But you've never done it how do you know?" Ok, I guess. Nick is wrong a lot. Nick it right a lot. He more right than wrong. Looking at the numbers and Roger's play tell you to have pause. QBs can fall of a cliff as Manning. He goes from MVP and the greatest offense ever to not even an average QB almost instantly. "But he got hurt." True but the point is correct. It can happen instantly. The tired old saying plays true 100% of the time. Father Timer has never lost a game. Father Time is always playing at the peak of his prime. Year 1 or a million years from now. He's always 23 and coming for your job and there is nothing you can do to stop him.

He's 40 coming back from an Achilles tear. Not everyone is Tom Brady. Peyton Manning went from a 50 td season to looking terrible the next season in Denver. Luckily for him the D was so incredible they won the super bowl despite him and then he retired. Tearing his Achilles 3 plays into the season into the season at his age was not a fluke. He's had a HOF career, but the division will once again be between the Bills and Dolphins. If the Dolphins D line can stay healthy, they're a dominant group. If the Bills stay healthy on D, they're a force. People think Diggs leaving is a bad thing. They were 6-6 with him as a focal point of the offense. They went 6-1 the rest of the way to win the division with Diggs averaging 35 yards a game with 1 td over that stretch. Also Josh stopped having interceptions once Diggs was having to be thrown to so much. Josh Allen is the offense. If Milano and Bernard stay healthy at LB'er and Rasul Douglas has a healthy season as the top corner, the D will once again be dominant. Chiefs won in the playoffs 27-24 and mainstream media wasn't talking at all about how the Bills were down 9 starters on D while KC defense, which was a top 3 D last year was unusually healthy. Like to have your D that healthy in the divisional round right up to the super bowl is a blessing. The Bills were cursed on D. Seriously. 9 starters down. Practice squad guys ready to go on vacation were brought in.

1 of those wins was against the jets without rodgers. Plus I would like to see who the bills played in that stretch. @kelleywilson141 number 1 in the league 🤣🤣🤣 Did you get an entirely new o line and Rodgers from 3 seasons ago? Wtf is some random ranking system going to do. The fact is the Bills have won the division the last 3 seasons in a row. Until they're dethroned that's all that matters. And what do you mean you'd like to see who they played. Google lol they beat KC. They gave away a W to the Eagles. They beat the Cowboys, Miami in Miami. I think the only non-playoff team they beat was the Jets.

@@Noctem_pasa , my thought is , rodgers has a bunch of nfl miles on him - and most do not make it as long as he has , along with coming back from a serious injury which we don't know yet if it will be a hamper on him at nfl speed. A , well , shaky to thrown together offensive line with older big names on it , I just can't yet envision all of those factors being in an aging qb favor. Who knows , he has a very good running back , but how is the o line going to be? If the line can protect him , if they can get the rb in space , won't know until they play obviously , but I just don't see all this going well

@@joerhinehart2980 the OL, while old, has top 10 production, and some one of the best rookies at pass pro in the past 5 years as a backup, so there’s already depth in case of age-induced injury, and there’s proof of no fall off in production from Moses and Smith to this point. And sure, Rodgers is old, but as of all reports so far he seems to still throw the ball with touch and velocity, and of all 5 40+ y/o QB seasons we’ve seen in the past 15 years above 100 passer rating, they’ve all been athletes of about Rodgers caliber. You’re right, most don’t make it back, but he is not most players.
