@@mr.wizard2974 I love both comedians and they're totally different. Carlin had a hit record at the start of his career called "AM./FM". Rodney ia AM - old school, and George is FM - new ideas. I don't know who I would rank as number three. Rodney is the quintessential nightclub comedian. Carlin is a 'thinking person's comedian'. He's a philosopher who uses comedy. Both are missed by their many fans. It's strange that what I like best about Carlin is his philosophy of life right before he died. He said he was too old to really care about the future of the Earth and people. He said he didn't "have a stake in the game anymore" That freed him. I, too, am at the age where I have turned my outrage to a low setting. I no longer see it as my job to "save the world." I can relax. (Well, I try). The world will just have to carry on without my sage advice and actions. Yes, it will be hard, but if I got outraged at every crazy thing that Trump does or says... lol. Btw, is your screen name based on the fifties TV show with George Herbert? I loved to watch him perform experiments and then explain what happened. Usually, I didn't understand the explanation. I'm an engineer and that bothers me. As Rodney: That was a rough week, I tell ya, when Rodney left. I mean, I'm ok now, but that was a doozy. The man got no respect; no respect at all!. Why, last week i went into a store to buy a Dangerfield record. There was no clerk! There was no store! The world had changed! It was Amazon, I tell ya. Now I gotta send an email just to buy deodorant! No respect at all.

That's a bit introspective, maybe you should focus on the living more? It's a bit of an obsession don't you think. I mean I'm not knocking it, I'd go see a deceased star's grave too, but preferably only on a sunny day and only once in a lifetime! I'd say this is "normal", and fanaticism with a deceased celebrity can be indicative of a condition, you know. It means something about yourself. It might be worth seeing a counsellor to see if they reveal anything you didn't know about yourself, in the interests of self-improvement. Never the less, it's interesting to hear of your devotion to the late great, sensitive, warm and charming, Rodney Dangerfield. May God bless him, and you. 🎉
