You’re pain free after maybe 5 months but your body really needs to come to terms with the muscle imbalances and all the new programming you had to do when you were walking with one proper foot for months. The reprogramming really takes another year. It’s not something a medical professional can contribute much too.

I've always respected City's players and their fans. They battered us for years, and all we could do was take it and keep building. 6-8 months no more like 10-12 months i played American football i got a scholarship out of HS to go to Rutgers as a wide receiver but my freshman year i tore my ACL LCL MCL PCL and patellar tendon all at once that was the end of competitive sports for me and when you tear it once it actually tears easier again i tore it the first time at 18 I'm now 36 and ive torn my ACL completely or partially 4 more times all on my left knee ive had 4 knee surgeries total and currently have a partially torn ACL that i haven't had fixed for 2 years because im eventually gunna need a knee replacement but my money us still on City to win the premier league watch City go get Wharton or Kimmich in January but this could just galvanize City IMO but it'll be in the UCL that City will miss him the most

I truly wish him speedy recovery, Rodri is a phenomenal player, one of the best holding midfielders we have ever seen and hopefuly he will be quickly back to his best when he returns. As a Liverpool fan, there is a bit of an opening for the title now, I think it will be more contested than usually is and we haven't really had an opportunity like this when Klopp was our manager, we always had to be absolutely perfect to compete and dream of a title against City with some incredible points tallies, but the bad thing is, we are not really 2nd in line and haven't been in the last 2 seasons. I can only hope, but can't really expect us to be 1st with a new manager and after two seasons in which we were 5th and 3rd respectively, the pressure should be on Arsenal and Arteta, they probably won't have a better chance to win the title than this. Also, maybe some other team will occur that can challenge for the title, but after the news of Rodri's injury my favorites are: Arsenal are with the highest chance of being 1st City are with the second highest chance Liverpool third and then who knows.
