He was my Apollo Creed in real life he was like a father to me raising me now that he is gone this song holds a new meaning to me. May he rest in peace dancing in the heavens i will see him again but not yet not yet. - Rest in peace 1966 to 2022 my beloved Uncle Pepe.

I remember back in 85 when I was 13 years old. My mom and I where out running errands. She stopped at a Target store to grab some things. I grabbed the Rocky IV soundtrack on cassette. I actually bought this soundtrack before seeing the movie. Loved "No Easy Way Out" and would rewind the cassette numerous times just to hear that song. When I saw the movie, Rocky IV, "No Easy Way Out" became more special when I watched the flashback scene. Definitely one of the best, if not the best montage put together for film. Now pays tribute to the late great Carl Weathers as well as a beloved movie franchise. RIP Carl, and please say "Hi" to my mom for me.

I always call this the pinnacle of the Rocky Films Sly was in his prime looking his best and the story here was everything from previous films coming to a head. Plus this spells true because drago is the only other boxer to return besides Apollo. So you know this is the hard hitter. Plus the montages and music is legendary.

My favorite shot in this montage is when he is hesitating to throw the towel and it cuts to him throwing his helmet at his statue. Not only is it a clean transition, it definitely shows he's feeling hatred towards himself for not throwing the towel. Pretty obvious, but that specific shot always gets me.

This song sums it up when my dad taught me to drive , that he had always told me there was no easy way out, especially when I had to deal with a lot of naysayers, but my dad had taught me to drive on a 77 Ford F-350 dually stake truck with a manual transmission, and that’s when I had learned and realized that there’s no easy way out of anything that’s worthwhile.
