$90 a day for contractors. Less for company trainers.

Shout out to Troy. I did make it back unfortunately technicalitie That I was unaware of still wondering how that's possible but. gotten In the away. I was on my second week in For On boarding everything was working out well. Everything was firing on all cylinders until a misfire. And the trainer out in florida who was training me. good trainer.. And at the He also had a better truck that wasn't all over the place when you're driving it.. But I have sneaking suspicion that something was off. It was going way too easy.. I do keep in mind have 2 and a 1/2 months of experience already. I just needed to get accommodated with the copilot and a little bit of backing you don't get that much backing. Like I wanted to Because. of OTR.. To be good I had a handle on it but I wanted to be good. I wanted to be better then the next person but. Not gonna? Lie. I did get better add back in when I was back the second time.. I want The work my way up to be on that wall and hallway. I have my picture on that wall. Then I would know I have made it..

The Program. Could have been better? I'm not saying it's absolute worst but. My experience was a little different.. Could have done someone good because a lot of people split up in groups? And the group's sometimes don't show up when they say they do that we all could help each other.. My problem. Was I froze? I knew the answer is I knew how to. Using the verbage in the way that they wanted me to. And then. When? Yes. Got tested. On that I? Froze don't know why. Let's be Clear nobody was out to set anybody up for failure. Not saying that Clear nobody was out to set anybody up for failure. Not saying that? Butt Some Instructors we're better than others. And it doesn't show until the end and it's really hard to make that determination or switch to better. And I figure that maybe somebody may have recognized an issue. Instead of letting it Roll. Sometimes you get more out of other people and I mean instructors then others.. But I really didn't have Good start to begin with. Which pretty much probably threw everything out of whack and off. And it did kind of affect my. Outcome a lot we're many people had more time to go to the terminal. And studied the truck with the paper. Because I did feel like I did get the short end of the stick literally.. But again that time things were a little off-kilter as well with the virus situation. The two Other people that were with me quit because they couldn't get the Pre trip. I get it people learn at a different pace. And three weeks is a little bit much. And it also helps to have people you can work with. And it also helps to have people you can work with. I didn't want to show up. And fail. I showed app to prove. Because again I was watching everyone else while I was studying. And how People were doing better on backing and in pretrips. That's what I was seeing on the Yard. Thinking to myself I am screwed right now. We're not doing anything remotely close to what they're doing at that point. Did I fail because? Lack of training. Or did I fail because of me. I had my way of learning and it was working up to a point but I did not successfully study it. The way I wanted to because nobody was there to help. It felt like the date determined? Who? Was doing? What who? Was gonna go where already before the week was already up?. And I might have only needed 3 days. I'm just saying not a week not 2 weeks 3 days. And I might have only needed 3 days. Not on a good start when I got there. And I do like to keep my Appointments on time. I was originally supposed to go to wyoming. I was originally supposed to go to Wyoming. To take the course there but ended up in Gary Indiana.. Maybe if I was able to get the Wyoming it probably? Would? Have been different.. But I just can't help it. I don't know what happened. I knew just about everything about the truck and Missed A couple things I would have ordinarily picked out on my practice runs. But when I was tested I was anxious to say I'm guessing I was nervous. It gotten so bad that I couldn't. Say ubolt But dora my Practicing it without the paper and go in through the checklist 5 minutes ago both for the test same person tested me. I don't think he was intimidating at all I just don't know why.. I got nervous and mystical of things that I wouldn't have missed ordinarily 'cause. I made it a day to day Routine. Any other 2 that We're like how did you get so far in 1 day? Reading it put in the paperwork off the side and then doing it and then checking what I did wrong. It was the verbage that got me I'm not gonna... Because it kinda. Threw me off. I'm guessing. But 2 weeks in a kind ahead and idea on what was going on. On who they were going to give up on towards the end of the 3 weeks. . And also when everybody got their cards access cards I didn't?. Until the week of the end of training. Did I get a fair run maybe maybe not. And if I were struggling I think lack of access of actually hands-on training versus imagining it would have been better.. But it was really hard to tell them that I knew what was going on before. They even did it and sure enough the 2 that left. I was the only one They're an the trainer that was supposed to train was training another group of people because they were short handed or something to that effect.. I don't know I don't know people like me or not but that's not what I was therefore.. I pick this company because it sounded like a honest and fair company to work with. And some people that actually know what the heck they were doing. And I thought I was gonna get a good training. But yeah it's somebody's failing. It's probably because of the trainer Misunderstanding I want another I don't know. But that's feeling like something was missing. Yeah I felt that.. And no one should feel like that. I'm just saying other trainers could have done more to help the situation , I mean there was a couple other trainers that we're like while. If you were my student it you would've already knew what to do. That's all I was looking for but I. And it's not like it was hard I mean there was a couple other trainers that we're like while. The access keys would have been nice whenever body else got them.. And I felt that I would have been ahead of the game. Because I didn't want to just study one section of the truck. That's what I was going for.. And the driving part. I definitely would have actually been little better if I wasn't so worried about the Pre-trip.. I'm getting that right? I need to get Past first in order to move forward. And no one pretty much. I wanna say 75% of the truck at that time what. Have been a 100 if I had more hands-on.. But I know I was going to get it but I thought I was gonna get it at roehl.
