Cloud 9 is great with mods that add synergy for 9s, but in vanilla it really does suffer from lack of a repeat trigger joker if you want to go real late with it. For just beating the final boss blind, it's excellent though!

@misterfunnyman egg and rocket do technically have a limit because of the ante 39 game brick. Cloud 9 can in theory earn beyond 500 a round, whereas rocket has a maximum of 79 and egg has a maximum of 353.

You would need Hanging Chad and Dusk to retrigger them unfortunately, but still good. If you clone each suit equally, or go for spades/clubs, you could do Flower Pot or Blackboard

What deck did you find easiest and hardest to get to gold stake? For some reason I can barely clear the second stake for plasma and black deck (the one that gives you an extra joker slot but costs a hand) I’ve got to third from the highest stake for gold and blue deck though!
