I'm so glad they had this follow up conversation. It created a satisfying closure to the intervention video. Seeing Brendan reflect on it now also serves as a lesson for many people like him. It's relatable to anybody who has a pipe dream but maybe has to be realistic up to a certain time to let it go, or transfer your skills to a new art/job. It's easier said than done, because of ego/identity and /or being young.

I agree his timing and punches are sometimes good with this comedy but overall I feel these two mechanic he's got a lot of friends and he takes an approach like he does with MMA and it just doesn't come off as funny to me but I think that people are conditioned to laugh at him because it's like the buddy that you know because he's all around now
