I didn’t remember there was a tv series made from the movie. It was so very sad the way she died. She was such a beautiful and talented woman. And in the seventies a black woman she was doing so much tv specials, movies her own tv series and much more. 💔👑

I swear she strikingly resembles Whitney Houston so much so it's very uncanny same facial structure and has Whitney s mannerisms destures and a very close to sounding like her when she speaks .. at times if u can hear certain voice similarities by if u hear whitney in the Bodyguard and way she speaks this actress Teresa Graves also ironically sings too.. there just has to be some connection to the two of them being related... it's so wierd ..I mean u always hear or encounter someone that looks like someone else but there are very little chances that some one has 2 traits of looking similar and sounding like close to whom ever they look alike that just doesn't happen n very rare.. and this actress I can't help believe that rumor or myth that she must be a relative or maybe even whitney s real mother.

It's just eerie... I mean I'd like to just dismiss this rumor. However I never thought Whitney looked like Cissy at all. It's interesting but I never considered she might not be her biological mother until this story came along and the more I watch these old clips of this show the more I'm convinced that this woman was indeed Whitney's biological mother.

@zebwhite6372 its wierd cause id even say Whitney also could have been a love child from Dionne Warwick, she kinda resembles Dionne no doubt with her singing chops and as Whitney got a bit older she strarted looking like Dionne a little bit ,and to give more suspicion, Dionne always supported her more than Cissy had done althrought Whitney s music career,and had always shown love and affection towards Whitney and in some interviews Dionne has always for some reason reffered to Whitney as her daughter she had never had, as if theres some deep heart felt sentimental reason behind that..Its wierd that always struck me in a wierd way n as far as we kno they are just actually simply first Cousins, and also people believed for a long time that Dionne Warwick was Whitney's Auntie instead of cousin, but for supposedly just being first cousins and nothing more, Dionne has a very strong bond or attachment to Whitney for just being cousins , i dunno i always think theres more to that secretly maybe Dionne got pregnant and had to give Whitney up raised as Cissys daughter due to an affair with john Houston maybe im just speculating
