Por mas no.1 que tenga el tenis, no habrá un tenista mas carismático y con toda la clase de su juego que Roger federer

I came for the Federer video -- I stayed for the music -- both are absolutely beautiful and a perfect match for each other... I, also would love to know what the music is (it's not the Bruckner Symphony mentioned below -- I listened to it -- instead it sounds like a quartet rather than a full orchestra playing a symphony). As for the video --- it's far from useless -- I don't need to see the ball contact during Federer's serve -- I know it's in the center of the strings with the racket near vertical and the racket face pointing at the point in the service box he's aiming at. The utility is seeing where his feet are at the beginning of his serve; when, and how much he bends his knees; how he takes his racket up, how his right forearm is aligned with his shoulders just before his racket starts down into the backscratcher; how his tossing arm rises parallel with the baseline, how he releases the ball at head height by opening his fingers wide; the long follow-through of his tossing arm after ball release, his left hand ending up over his head, helping tilt his shoulders back, ready to be rocked forward to help pull the racket up from the backscratcher; how his right shoulder stops just before ball contact; how he watches the ball until ball contact; how he folds his left arm into his stomach to counter the rotation of his right arm; how he appears to be doing 270+ degrees of pronation (at 0:95); how he rises a foot off the ground by extending his legs; how he kicks his right foot back to balance his forward lean during the follow-through; how he lands in the court on his left foot well after ball contact... And if you need to see it better, pause the video and use the "." (period) key to advance the video a frame-at-a-time, and the "," (comma) key to back up the video a frame at a time. It's a great video...

@lifeoftennis12856 жыл бұрын
Lindemberg Lyra, terrible? The music is so calm and soothing, perfectly reflecting Federer. He is classy, so mesmerising to watch. It’s like he plays tennis to not win matches, but look good while playing.
