Stayed there a couple of years ago when I went to Kirkwall from Aberdeen Airport. Going again in July & have booked a room at The Station Hotel again. Really friendly staff & would recommend to anyone going to Aberdeen.

Spent some nights there. It used to be a big place for offshore worked overnight accommodation in the day, it was a bit rough and neglected then. Happy times.

I've only been to Aberdeen once in 2005. I travelled on LNER from Haymarket. I went to the Maritime Museum, Marischal College, Old Aberdeen etc

I was up and down to Aberdeen quite a bit in 2005 as I worked for Cairn Group back then, you would have been on GNER at that time though not LNER.

I've stayed in that hotel once, loved it, usually when I'm in Aberdeen I walk from Union Square to Berryden Retail Park going via the street Marischal College it's a fair walk but worth it as you come back via George Street where there's a Sainsbury's to pick Lucozade and then head through the back door of the Bon Accord

My god that’s cheaper than Premier Inn and includes the breakfast, has to be said I am surprised about the hotel.. will be interesting to see what you think of Inverness station hotel. Next time your in Aberdeen head to Old Aberdeen, a lovely area to wander around which includes Seaton Park, St Machar Cathedral and Brig o Balgownie

I am very sorry to say that I was disappointed with this hotel. First off, the shower/bathroom having a stair in it was danger ( not clearly shown ) not to say not a disable friendly hotel. Most high priced hotel rooms have a bath tub not just a shower. It was a very dark hotel ( could have been camera lighting ) and I am not talking about the room with 5 windows. I would have loved to have seen the other hotel to compare, but I am guessing it is a better hotel.

Yes the Radisson Blu is a British Transport Hotel. At the moment they only allow a minimum booking of 3 nights which is why I’ve not been so far. 🥲

Absolutely a dump. I had to push past a big huddle of smokers just to get in the front door. The earplugs are for the noisy gulls and the junkies fighting outside. Wouldn't stay there again if it was free.
