These horrid tenants are just evil. They don't want to pay rent after only one month and they are cheeky enough to sublet that landlords property. Best to immediately go through the courts to start official eviction. One cannot let arrears go on for too long.

Advice for landlords who don’t want squatters to stay in their building. Make it look like you live there! Because when you do and squatters try break in you can accuse them of trespassing! If they can play the loophole game so can you!
