I absolutely loved (and still love to be honest) the first Rogue Legacy and I already had a great feeling that the sequel would be awesome. I love that they stuck to their style and yet gave the visuals a lovely overhaul, and it sounds like they've added so much to the gameplay as well. I can only hope that this gets a Switch release someday (or I get a better PC, whichever comes first). Thanks for the review.

As someone who played RL2 during early access I can ensure you that, at least to me, the jump from RL to RL2 felt huge. The controls are super tight and it is just an absolute joy to play

It's an absolutely incredible roguelite yup, so much fun. If you're waiting for a PlayStation version though you might never be able to play it. Just buy it on PC, the game looks really good, I love the art style but for sure it could run even on a potato. After buying this game for myself on PC I bought it again for one of my friends and he's playing it on a 10 years old potato laptop so yeah

I just recently got the first Rogue Legacy from the Epic Games store when it was briefly available for free, but I have yet to play it because my backlog has been pretty huge. Though I might make playing that game a priority because I want to check this one out as well. I hope there are stealth characters that can be cursed with chronic flatulence, that's the kind of difficult challenge I want to face in a game.

I have two questions. One when will this be coming to PS five? To what accessibility options are there for players with disabilities?

When? No idea. But I can ensure you that it is just a matter of time. A dev said they will be working on getting it to other platforms once the game fully releases. Unfortuntely, I can't say anything to your second question as I haven't played for 6 months because my PC broke

@@blindmetalgamer I think playing RL will make you appreciate RL2 even more. So good choice to play it :)

You can slow down hits, make it easier to move through platforms, and you can lock in a particular map once you unlock the architect so there's more stability and time for the player to practice. And if vibration is an issue, that can be toggled off as well.

Would you please consider dedicating a section of your review to accessibility for players with disabilities? That would greatly help people like myself and other players with disabilities when it comes to making informed purchasing decisions.

Silly not releasing this on Playstation, I wouldn't even known about the first game if I hadn't played it on PS4: and Vita - hopefully it comes out on PS4 and PS5 sooner or later! 🤔😯😀🤘 .
