I was actually really impressed by Kieliszkowski. Like really, the kind of impressed where i started applauding in front of a computer. I know everything that all of these men do is absolutely inhuman but you have to admit that while you logically agree that these strongmen are doing unbelievable things you get blasted on the internet with so many incredible things all the time that your sense for wonder kind of gets dull. Watching this actually got the hair on my neck up, that was insane. Thank you!

WHILE THE OTHER COMPETITORS CAN HARDLY LIFT IT UP OFF THE GROUND, OR THEY SQUAT DOWN TOO PICK UP THE STONE THEY COULDN'T DO IT ONLY JUST STAY IN THE SQUAT POSITION & NOT LIFT UP. THIS MAN MATEUSZ KIELISZKOWSKI LIFTED IT 4 TIMES TOO GET 20 POINTS. IF YOU ADD ALL THAT WEIGHT INTO ONE LIFT THEN IN ONE LIFT HE LIFTED UP 1,640 POUNDS OF RAW POWER & STRENGTH ON ONE SHOULDER.

I started lifting stones not too long ago, and even a 200lb stone can be completely befuddling. The odd shape poses a huge challenge in just figuring out how to get it off the ground. Beyond that, getting it up on your shoulder can be individually difficult as a lot of natural stones don't roll as easily as a round Atlas stone. It's like solving a really heavy puzzle.

Well Strongman is a very unhealthy thing to do. Nobody does it for health. With that said enjoy your apple
@adam1pplayer5 жыл бұрын
@@Vral92 Strongman is healthy in moderation, just like other strength sports. It becomes unhealthy when you take it to extremes, like strength training over 10 hours a week or gaining to much size.
