Absolutely! I would definitely air fry the next batch. and Im sure you can use a sugar substitute, maybe even a date paste....

Roth suppose to be made with pure butter ghee and not margarine. That is not persad to be offered to Shri Hanuman ji. It is absolutely not satvic

Thanks for the info but ghee is not vegan and this was a vegan recipe. I guess we have to adapt, each to their own. Take care
