In today's video I'm going to walk you through return on investment or as we refer to the ROI analysis. And like we always do on this channel...the best way to understand anything is to go through an actual real life example.
Return-on-investment is used for two purposes. the first one... is that it tells you whether an investment is a good investment or not.
and the second use for it... is that it helps you Benchmark and compare completely different investments against each other.

It is Very interesting and practical example with good assumption in it. However, i think you have overlooked the payback period that leads important tome value of Money to get multiplied effect in the flipping project than AirBnB. What if the flipping happens twice a year?
