Rojas Trucks with Chase Hiller

Chase has been riding Rojas Trucks for 6+ years and has found some of the best tricks to help with maintenance, and swapping out parts. Rojas are a really something special and with that comes more responsibility and upkeep than other trucks. It would be nice to get some infos why you choose rojas over other trucks. What sets them apart and how they feel. This video is basically just about maintenance on the trucks, but someone interested in buying some rojas dont really get enough informations about the whole truck itself from ur video. Would be nice if u can make another video explaining all the benefits and aspects of the rojas, just like thiago lessa did just from your point of view of course. Pros/Cons etc. Also, does the bearing in the trucks get dirty quick? I could imagine that dust and fine sand gets in there, beeing that close to the Road even with the washer on. PS: you could also make a quick overview on your new pro model. But roja review would be much better.

The washer is so snug that it keeps the vast majority of dirt out of your bearings. As long as you follow the maintenance guidelines in this video there should never really be an issue.

@let us prey i got a set of 50/43 savants and they are very turny too. I actually ride 43/43 right now and it feels fine i dont need more turn. Why would u want that much turn actually? I prefer more lean and stability and little bit less turn actually, so i can lean into my slides a lot more than just kicking them out. What are ur thoughts on that?

Would love to try Rojas one question i have is because I am so light!! On the chart for picking bushings I'm lost cause ranges for my weight aren't there I don't think i weigh like 112-115 lbs what do y'all think for bushings 45/30?

A white in the front would probably be a good idea. For the back the stiffest I'd recommend is a green for fast downhill, but you could definitely get away with a yellow or orange if you want less restriction for freeride.

@NADS IQ My G. If you want to race get Magnums, Cueis or alpha. 74mm or bigger for racing. If you want to go kinda fast, but slide easy, get 72mm Krimes

Do you change your bushings a lot depending on what hill you're doing or do you tend to stick with a favourite bushing combo?

BuddyBoris 93a back 24 degrees and 83a front 48 degrees is a great combo. Sometimes step it up a duro in the front and/or back for faster tracks like Vulcan and Soldiers.
