Sadly, this could never happen anymore. Not even in the Assimilated Universe as Theresa had freed herself and the myriad souls of Sarkaz. Originium no longer contain any trace of her and can no longer bring her back. Originium cannot grant this wish. Even so, I kinda hope a miracle would happen at the end where Doctor's soul will be reunited with Theresa's(kinda like Shirou through the miracles of his own efforts reuniting with Artoria/Saber in Avalon).

Oh at 1:25 idk if the creator knew or not about this, there's a similar scene on IS3 ED4 story logs there. About a little girl and a single seaborn on the beach. Just ignore this if you don't want to read my yapping CMIIW according to the story. After izumik guide all of seaborn to the space and civilization slowly recover, turns out there's still few searborns left in sea after all these years. There's this one little girl playing on the beach and she found a sole little seaborn there. Because it's been SO long since any contact with seaborn, most all human or even the seaborn itself didn't know that there's another being out there. Out of curiosity the girl tried to touch the seaborn, but instinctively the seaborn protecting itself from danger. After looking the little girl for a while there's no malice on her. The seaborn slowly approaching the girl and after that giving something,something like a flower petal made of seaborn. The girl were happy with the gift and thanking the little creature (which implicitly telling us, it's possible to coexist with seaborn after many bad blood on the past)
